Hi Oilrat,
The 440 BCF possible resource number, net to NWE, would increase or decrease based on:
- Whether the 20m net gas pay thickness encountered in the Kingia Formation in Lockyer Deep-1, and used in the volumetrics, is thicker or thinner in Lockyer Deep-2 and North Erregulla-1.
- Whether the indicative gas-water contact interpreted from the Lockyer Deep-1 pressure data, is deeper or shallower than -4,560m.
- Whether movable gas is encountered in the secondary objectives in North Erregulla-1, the shallower Wagina Formation and deeper High Cliff Sandstone.
- 3D seismic will significantly sharpen the subsurface picture and will also impact resource size, positively or negatively.
Kind regards OldGeo
