    We’re in a unique position having MIN as operator and also with them holding a 20% blocking stake in NWE.
    If Ellison were to relinquish control of NWE now it would need to be a considerable offer because long term that 20% is going to pay him back handsomely.
    He doesn't need to anything right now but sit back with his feet up.
