This is a company back 4 months ago, provided an opportunity to partake in a SPP for 91mil shares @ .033 cents. They issued 101mil in May - 3 months ago. The SPP was not underwritten and where are we today - .054 cents. They said to focus on shareholder wealth creation - they have done that, they have issued (volume and price restrictive) shares to company personnel to create wealth for them too!
This 5 cents will not be a fly by night level. It will hold - it needs to so company personnel can also create wealth.
