    5 mill$ dilutes NWE by 10%.
    But I am not aloud to take up 10% of my holdings by the SPP
    so it helps the small holders and is a disadvantage to the large holders.
    I will decide on the last day of the offer if I pull the trigger and buy all depends on the were we are with the Frac.
