my old man was telling me some 10+ yrs ago, he held some penny stock similar thing happened low ball offer, he had a person door knock and identify himself saying he is from minority share holder and they were out to advise holders not to accept. I thought that was very odd, I must ask him what stock that was if one can believe in such a thing, or how they got his home address
