I think NWE should do a Norwesterly when they have the results in from the testing program, ie mid year.
Much of the information you request can only be supplied when the facts have been compiled from the results.
In the meantime, the results to date have been described as (highly) encouraging, and there is enough detail in the releases to get a feel for how things are progressing.
Granted, its not what everyone wants, but that's as much due to unrealistic expectations as much as anything imo.
