Will I be buying? No.
Some fast facts though.. both Norwood and HotCopper have been listed before in the early 2000's, both operating in the same space then as now.. before being sold off again to private holders. They have then both headed (or panning to come) back to the bourse.
NOR market cap today ~$20m Proposed HotCopper MC ~$20m both in the Tech category.
HotCopper predicting $2.5m revenue and profit in FY 2016.. NOR would be 20% of the revenue perhaps and a loss.
Head to the list by @brentv I reckon.. coincidentally it include that one a while back I mentioned. Maybe its a sign, or maybe its just maybelline.
