FRX  just released it's flexiroam sim sticker ( details below ).

It's share price moved 3% and only had 5.6 K value of shares traded today. In other words the market does not really think it's anything to be excited about.

I wonder why ? Is webbj correct in stating roaming charges just arnt a big issue anymore, is it the fact that users must insert a pre ordered hardware device into their phones ?

Early days but I imagine FRX shareholders would be a little nervous. What if any are the implications and leasons for NOR from this experiment ?
