The 10% increase in capacity was 7.1A is the same in this year's notice as last year's notice.

The only difference between the 2 is the NOR MC quoted as reference.
Only a very naive or inexperienced investor would attribute special meaning to a standard clause for 7.1A resolution for eligible companies, IMO.
