La Bella negotiations supposedly highly advanced, so wouldn't Noske have factored heavily in these conversations/negotiations ? Would Noske's resignation at this stage impact confidence in the JV partner/negotiations? Would WHN willingly demonstrate internal instability at this 'crucial stage' and support Noske's departure ?
I think shareholders have to take off the rose-tinted glasses and ask the right questions.
