Yes, a very very bad call no doubt about it.

All LUM had to do was get an advertiser on that one sign. How hard should it have been? Most people thought the product was good!

LUM should have been able to establish a viable business. In hindsight it just looks like the product wasnt good enough to attract quality advertisers. Why would a blue chip advertiser want a budget sign that only works in the night time?

A lot of people got it wrong with LUM, myself included.
