All this talk of directors' selling makes me squirm in my robes, but I would bet my gavel that there are laws which require this to be disclosed to the market and not just to grizzly macca bears. So don't be too alarmed. I do note that iguanas can use their whip-like tails to deliver painful strikes, perhaps you could deliver one to the macca bear.
