I would also state that smart money is fully aware of this and willing to pay a premium for Coking Coal assets in Queensland.
My recent foray into a Copper asset in NSW,proved to be a disaster based on the wishes of a local bum,who dresses as a wizard and a former Communist who won an idiotic award for his actions against Greed,in his actions to have the exploration licence cancelled.
Good luck if you ever wish to develop a Coal asset in NSW.
The take home points are that the assets are in a mining friendly jurisdiction,with a supportive population and strong infrastructure.
The value of which I leave to your determination.
