I have not been doing my shopping so call big supermakets for their fresh food and vegies for more than 20 years, I get mine in weekend markets, straight out from market gardners or farmers, so they get their payment in cash, and does not get charge unnecessarily by too many levels of middle men, and huge market up by middle men!
But when supermarket has so call on sale, it worths to watch for those items!
