    Not a shareholder....but here are some random thoughts
    -Todays announcements re. cnvt note seems rather serious. In this current enviroment, it will be extremely difficult to raise new money, especially an Aussie small cap. IF MONIES ARE RAISED, IT WILL EXTEMELY DILUTIVE
    I agree that Bouris is a strong positive....but a chairman can only do so much. Casey had a mixed record at Hawaiian Airlines....during a very strong time for travel to Hawaii
    I have followed TZL for many years and have watched the shareprice soar and then come back to earth. I was always skeptical of Credit Suisse involvement. It is highly unusual for an Investment Bank to comment on what issues they are willing to float ahead of time(SEC prohibits)
    Good luck to all the bravehearted...but this may be a good one for tax -selling
