I ask -
- ( and maybe these posters should read HCs disclosure section in detail)

- Are these allegations not drifting into serious legal territory here with inferences of inside information, misleading information, lack of disclosure and even the possibility of insider trading ( if investors were indeed privy to sensitive information that was not available to the general market....) if these claims are indeed genuine and able to be substantiated?

I disagree wholeheartedly - simply because an investor takes a risks does not mean that they deserve a result! Some risks are tolerable ( imo buying Meo @18.5c is almost risk-free ) whereas other risks are simply gambles which do not "deserve" results....luck maybe but never confuse luck with a deserved result!
