When / if UML will mine in africa it will need alot more funds, 30 mill in the kitty. They will need to raise more cash. Remember when they raised the 50mil about 2 years ago when they were at 80cents then the share price crashed to 25 odd. What about some dividends! No way for at least 3 years. Whats the point flogging a dead horse. You would do better if you parked your money in BHP. My opinion is that manipulation is at play trying to hold the share price at that 10cent level.
