OK I will answer my own question as noone else wants to.
Either Rogues Trade is lying and the MD of GAU has not told him anything of the nature that he says he has and therefore Rogues Trade is guilty of an offence for manipulating stock OR the MD DID tell him and the MD and RT are discussing company business which hasnt been released.

If this is the case then I want out of the company and as a shareholder I am entitled to know.
In my opinion the MD told him nothing and RT is blatantly manipulating the stock.We will find out soon enough.
