    I thought that it was a usual practice by all pharma is it not?. I had heard that pharma pay medical persons to put their product to the forefront of patients prescriptions etc and had "bonuses" by way of holidays etc. Just hearsay to me. But regarding the fine - not a good look but not as if they were pushing TRT on those that didn't need it or should not have been using it. Guess what they say is true - not a crime unless caught :-)
    In no way condoning this practice but if they really wanted to do something about it there may be lots of firms in similar situations.
