yeah Slogger - i was under the impression this sort of approach was/is normal in the industry. Although clearly Lilly has pushed it a little too far (and got caught) in this instance.
Was thinking about this - for me this is a positive indicator for Axiron / ACR. yeah sure the fine is bad for Lilly - but it does show that Lilly is pushing Axiron marketing / sales wise very hard here. A good sign of support in my opinion!
