It was madness to declare an UNFRANKED DIVIDEND when the company needed money for working capital.
I asked them why they did this and they said it was done to appease shareholders and make them feel that they are getting a return. This is weak management to start with.
I lost faith in them at that stage. Nevertheless I will be wathcing carefully.
