No it's not anger at all, directors of public listed company's have a responsibility and legal requirement to advise the BOD if they intend to sell off a large parcel of shares.
I'm surprised the ASX haven't queried this transaction considering the recent rise of the company's share price last week?
Directors selling or buying shares in the company are market sensitive IMO and most times those trades affect the share price.
