I understand your sentiment and agree that ASX disclosure requirements must always be met. I don't see how requirements haven't been met in this case.
Statistically director selling is more important, concerning future direction of share prices, than director buying... but let's not forget when the time a Blackmores director sold a considerable parcel only to buy a new boat with the proceeds and the share price doubled soon after.
