I agree dribs. Good luck to him. If i was a director, made a nice profit and wanted to spend it, i'd feel entitled to. However, i'd have a moral compass and wouldn't dare sell if i was privy to market sensitive information that advantaged myself at the expense of innocent parties, because i'd expect to be prosecuted.
