The Israelis have everything to lose by targeting civilians and the utmost care is taken so that does not happen. The hamas terrorists deliberately choose heavily populated areas to fire their rockets from in the hope Israel will fire back and make a mistake and accidentaly kill civilians. That is their hope. The world, and you, are so blind.
Dont forget, 1000 arab civilians being killed a week in Syria, and not much is said about it. 1 civilian killed accidentaly by Israel, and its a war crime
