not a good thing

I was just reading an article in the Australian about how the ATO has frozen $35 million dollars worth of assets belonging to former Murchison director Phillip Grimaldi. Whether you like it or not this guys testimony in the CHM case against Murchison and later against Koh and Evans will have a huge impact on the outcome of both cases. At the moment things don't look good for Grimaldi as this guy is bieng relyed upon as Murchison's evidence against the CHM claim. As an MMX shareholder you have to look at things objectivley.
