What has Grimaldi/Barnes personal money and taxpaying habits got to do with the case ?

I feel zilch.

It's a bit like you being charged with an offence (like theft ) and the prosecution wanting to bring up the fact that you claim your long, lavish and liquid lunches as a business expense......hey, it's got nothing to do with the original charge.
I'm neutral on the possible outcome......the truth went down a mineshaft long ago.
