I suspect we'll have a period of years where people are constantly talking about a housing price recovery, but it never happens, just like people talked about a housing price retracement that never happened. Until now.
That's why we have the word trend.
It's only fair, we had years of upwards trend, now it's the downtrend's turn. The chart would not be real with a couple of blips and the bouncing of a few dead cats IMO.
