Seems to be a pretty balanced article, thanks for posting.
I liked the fact that it was a 2012 article, even July and dated even the actual day of your post. Of course, contrast this with articles posted by others that were over 12 months old.
Perhaps some here will finally realise that the Australian property market has to be understood in its own rights and not to place other market's cookie cutters over it and trying to make them fit.
Those that understand it will make money and have a great adventure whilst those that don't will continue to make the world look the way they feel that it SHOULD be.
The system is what it is just as the market is, get over it and get on with it....:)
