Risen a lot recently until $3.30 close yesterday.
Now S&P announce today that TNE will be added (on 19 Sept) to:
ASX100
ASX300
ASX All-Australian 200
My take is that, as well as SP rise for TNE being driven by fundamentals, some has been due to "Predictors" working out in advance that these index additions were likely, and index-hugging instos/funds loading up (at least in part) prior to the announcement.
Does this make sense?
Is it usual?
Critical comment welcome.
