I could be wrong but i have not seen any article in the media re the capital raising ,the shares are still selling below NTA .It will be interesting to see how the share price fares as regular divs keep coming.Ilooked at this and my only worry is how valid are the property valuations ,are they too optimistic if they are not this is certainly a neglected share
