I am pleasantly surprised by the s.p. holding nicely above the raising price. It is very common for a stock to trade at or very close to a raising price as investors take the opportunity to bag an easy few percent.
The real gains will come after the opportunistic sellers have done their thing in my estimation. Hoping that insto's will see this as a safe way to increase the yields on their R.E. and income oriented funds.
