My attraction to PEN is because of:
- strong management team
- Uranium has been oversold and has to recover soon as supplies at the consumer end are starting to dwindle (once they start buying again the price will start recovering as well
- Nuclear reactors are currently the only way to replace the bulk of the base power load in a non carbon way (wind and solar contribute green power but currently can't hold up base load)
- Nuclear power is not going away in this lifetime
- many other Uranium miners are now caught up with the Namibia thing (which is why I dumped PDN)
- heaps of liquidity
- it is holding up whilst the market is dwindling
- gives me somewhere else to play while the Lynas rare earth debacle is going on
