August is summer holiday time in the States. The US stock market traditionally tanks in September because most of the traders are vacationing in August. When they come back they all head for the door at the same time!

I'm guessing that FDA approvals are lower than in other months because of the holiday factor [larger % of employees on holidays] so could be a good reason not to expect approval in August.

Well, it's 31st of August today so I say bring on September!!!
