Hi I disagree. The outdated IT platform showed a lack of reinvestment by the company at the time. By continuing to patch an old platform rather than upgrade created the circumstances where someone could create problems. That board has now gone. While they weren't trading they lost market share, in Brisbane they had about a 15% market share of residential valuations (my estimate only). They lost this share to other valuation firms. They now have to build the business back up (not including co-vid19 issues). As yet this has not happened.

Does the share price represent good buying? Sort of. If you are after rapid growth. Forget this company. If you are after a very slow and steady unremarkable growth. Give it some thought.

In all this I feel sorry for:

    A. Investors who purchased at $0.60 per share or there abouts
    B. Owners of Taylor Byrne or MVS who sold out to LMW and were paid out in shares in LMW (they have taken a serious hit). I understand with the buy out in both cases that they couldn't sell the shares for a period (i understand that to be 2 years).

As always DYOR and my opinions only
