Do you think they give a rats about shareholder losses.

You would probably find they were the ones selling the stock down every chance they had.

I have seen this a thousand times. They will probably issue a billion more shares then go through a 50 to 1 consolidation just to make sure the share holders are well and truely diluted and then issue themselves with a few more zillion shares and start all over again.

I don't own QTK but i have a few dogs of my own just to remind me.
