I was watching it carefully and it was a volume of around 2 mil that caused the downward force from the 14.66-14.70 level in the last hour. And it was in that same time that gold rose sharply higher. Strange indeed.
It was certainly high volume selling.
Don't know if it was stop loss induced (holders having stop losses at around the 14.66 area) OR as suggested, pending negative announcement OR just weakness from general market.
Will be unclear until tomorrow's performance. If it opens higher than 14.42 and holds the gains, then we should be ok.
It just shows to never buy this beast unless the slow stochastics is well under 15.
Even with the current stochastics and today's weakness, a recovery and rise from today's levels is still possible.
