IF the slow stochastic was under 10 (example 6 or less), I would not be spooked as I am by yesterday and today.

Clear and successful trades are when stochastics have reset down to under 10 or 6.

But currently, the stochastic is up in the middle and hanging around. As is MACD. Leaving open the possibility of a move both up and down.

As if, to confuse us to the great opportunity at the bottom.

Otherwise, it really is a time to pounce on this baby.

It is a similar looking situation to 24 July 2012 (day before the trend change).

So, it is typically unclear at the bottom and always surrounded by further downside scenarios.
