If everyone had this gut feeling - SP would be much higher prior to announcement.
minimal selling because - their gut tells them its going to be a good announcement.
minimal buying because - risky buying if mediocre/poor announcement, they'll see their 35c investment turn into a 17c investment.
smart money is here, but same as us mere mortals they also risk their investment turning into mush if NTU does not find the goods.
I guess the positive side you can see here is the ship is not leaky.
