I'll have a stab at how they got the 2.2 million. In the full year accounts note 19b has a settlement of 2.2million from the mystery financier that disposed of shares related to their last loan. If that was settled it may also explain the shares issued for services rendered to the "third party" who negotiated the settlement. Not exactly gold standard disclosure if that's what has happened.
