I would have thought so, but it seems to happen far too often that management of companies don't feel the need to disclose. I'm just guessing btw but I don't know how else they found 2 million. I guess at the end of the day they still only have around $200,000 left in the bank and will have to sell GWR shares soon, as the annual report suggests.
I haven't been following FAS lately, the FAS board isn't nearly the same as the entertaining soap opera it used to be, but reading through the report it was bizarre to see what's happening with Sea Lake. They still seem to think there may be a large amount of oil down there, but because they had some drilling problems (disasters would be more appropriate by the sounds of things) they seem to have given up and are directing their exploration to areas that seem to have less short term value like the miniscule gold find.
