more capital raising ~ more dilution
On first read, this annoys me and Looking at market reaction, I'm not alone on this.
Raising more capital. Guess they don't think the MNNOA's will be in the money this September. But at the presentation, the CEO said they would probably be underwritten. If so, that means even more dilution.
In reality, this will lower the discounted valuation, which is already lineball unless they find a lot more silver, and/ or silver takes off.
Furthermore, why not give the loyal shareholders a go with a SPP??
