Will be interesting to see how SP moves in relation to trickle down of stock released from escrow - is a big tranche going to be released into a 'pump' - if such a phenomenon exists? :)

Speaking of which, per their 22 May 2013 announcement, there are 60m shares to be released 12 months from 'date of issue' (not date of IPO).

Reading the IAR (Pages 53-55 of original Prospectus), it looks like 100% of the 12 month escrowed shares are going to be released prior to 31 December this year - the bulk of which were issued for 3c and 5c.

Will be an interesting tightrope walk between seedholders wanting to take profits and management trying to maintain SP in order to reduce dilutive effect of the foreseeable cap raising.

Newsflow timing and convincing your seedholder mates not to drop stock will be key!
