    the effect of not withholding a spp for ordinary shareholders does in effect mean dye will become more tightly held; as there is a lesser pergentage of shares in individuals hands. with positive news the competition for shares will be greater resulting in a faster price hike.what ever the case $1.05 is not a bad price buy up
