Anyone previously holding just under 5% would have had to buy ~2m of the 40m sold in the raise (~5%) just to maintain their just under 5% holding (slightly more to go over). If the closest to 5% was previously holding 4.5% would have had to buy >4.1m or >10% of the raise just to be on the borderline of 5%. If the closest to 5% was previously holding 4.5% would have had to buy >6.63m or >16.5% of the raise just to be on the borderline of 5%.
