There are lots of examples out there. Its not absolutely hard and fast, but the idea is that if there is a material variation in something that impinges on the performance, then as it may affect price, it ought to be disclosed. In my view, if there was any "material" variation in the JORC as measured by actual mining, then it would need to be disclosed.
As there has been no disclosure, then kits clear that there has been no material variation in my view.
