That is correct ... and raises the more important and fundamental questions that need to be asked.

1. Does CJ know enough about Rubies (quality), which just happens to be the product MUS sells?

2. Did CJ not issue / provide enough information (a little positive info i.e. $100 per carat quote and photos of only the best Rubies) to the market in order to create a perception that the quality of the Rubies was better than it actually was.

3. Was CJ's haste, hype and excitement, plus the lack of time to be prepared for auction the cause?

Whichever applies, none of the above are acceptable.

I will be closely looking at the next announcement results, and trying to use this to answer the above questions.

The actions of our Board are ultimately responsible for all that has expired in tge last few days, which is unacceptable whichever way you look at it.

Let's hope and pray for the least painful outcome.
