Maybe you never studied basic logic, but a basic tenet is that facts need to have a pertinent relationship to bear on one another. Deeds by Arafat are not pertinent to deeds by Sharon unless both Arafat and Sharon were involved in the fact at hand.
Someone says Sharon did this - you say Arafat did that, as if Arafat's deed has some bearing on Sharon's deed. There's no relationship at all dummy.
An analogy is a murderer whose defence is - I'm not the only murderer. Do you buy that? No?
