I have read that JORC there is nothing in it that suggest secondary deposits yield higher value stones just yield a higher amount of gem quality

Size , colour is how they are rated at auction

Mustang may have 200k ct, but no one knows the breakdown or will no the breakdown of SIZE and COLOUR and we wont know until its auctioned
