$15 million raised...Excuse my ignorance or inexperience but why the hell do capital raising fees cost $1,100,000? That's around 10% of the cost of the 'program'...then there's almost a third (4 million) going on repaying debt!
What the hell are these guys doing?
Seems like MBL are getting a sweet deal too...ie. 32.5c options.
Interesting that the total number of shares on issue will almost double, blowing out from 85 to 150 million. This a good thing?
Any thoughts?
